I made a well-known Taiwanese dish today: three cups chicken
One cup of sesame oil, one cup of soy sauce, and one cup of rice wine; hence three cups chicken.
This was the first time I made that dish, so I almost forgot sugar.
It smelled so great that the boys next door came to my kitchen two times, so I shared some with them three. One of them gorged everything left in the bowl, including the basil and ginger!
